We are excited to host Mångata Yoga at Wellness@Eight on 01st Dec. This event will be led by Laura Higgs-White, practitioner in Restorative Yoga, who will provide a 90 minute exploration into rest.
Discover how to rest better and activate the body's innate recovery system. During the workshop we will work on activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSNS) through the use of Restorative Yoga, breathwork and meditation to soothe stress and tension from the body.
